I am a leading expert in social impact evaluation in Poland.
I have been scientifically and professionally involved in the evaluation of the social impact of research for about ten years.
I devoted my PhD to this topic (Warwick University, graduation in 2019). In 2023 I started by own project, funded via an NCN (National Science Centre in Poland) Opus grant that looks at research impact evaluation cross-nationally.
I also have experience in cooperating with government agencies: in the years 2017-2021 I was associated with NCBR (National Centre for R&D in Poland) as an employee (in the department of strategy) and as an expert (including as chairperson of expert panels). In the course of preparations for the Polish evaluation of the quality of scientific activities for 2017-2021 (the Polish EJDN exercise), I supported over ten Polish universities (collaborating with many faculties from various disciplines).
I am the author of the popular e-book “How to write a social impact description”.
